A deposit may be required to secure service dates. Final fees, payment schedules, and potential additional costs will be confirmed during one-on-one consultation and in your service agreement.

Cancellation and refund policies may vary based on request timing and specialist assignment status. Detailed terms will be provided in your service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanhoo Dream shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or from the actions of independent care specialists.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
